Ghost

Having been a Hiphop producer and DJ for 10 years Ghost is considered one the UK’s premiere producers. It’s difficult to fully describe his style because Ghosts production refuses to be categorized. Its deep and layered, it’s brought a new edge to the Hip Hop scene and is something seldom seen in music these days. Along the way Ghost has picked up a strong following who buy everything he does and Ghost has gained DJ support from the likes of Giles Peterson, Mr Scruff, Skitz, Excalibah, Steve Lamacq, Semtex, and a host of international DJs. Ghosts growth as a producer has made people realize he’s an incredible talent, this has seen his music step out of a solely Hip Hop following and reach a whole new audience but still maintain strong Hip Hop links, think Ninja Tune, DJ Shadow and the like. Check out the interview coming soon!

Kashmere

Kashmere The Iguana Man is purely a force of nature. He instinctively knows what to do to make a crowd go nuts whether he is performing in London to a packed club crowd (Fabric, Kung-Fu, Ill Commotion, Breakin Bread) abroad at a festival (Lithuania, Hip Hop Kemp, Rotterdam) or at student union venues around the United Kingdom. In 2004 alongside Ghost and Verb.T he performed at more than 25 separate venues as part of the tour to promote his successful Lowlife Record. Most recently crowds at Speaker’s Corner, Chester P’s freestyle trial and Ill Commotion have been blown away by the music performed by Kashmere and his cohorts. As well as having life experience on his side, Kashmere can now boast an absolute glut of releases including his own Raw Styles EP series on Receptor Records, a gamut of collaborative and cameo spots and now his debut feature length album ‘In The Hour Of Chaos’. This project has everything, big, bold bangers, jazzy numbers and bouncy 2-step rhythms making it perfect for showcasing on stage. Check out the interview coming soon.

S.O.S crew (Sons Of South)

Hailing from the Southern half of the big UK - Sons Of South ( S.O.S.) are the next generation of rap crews to take the scene by storm. Made up by four emcee’s - Naturekid, Mr Prophecy, Blaze MC & the Verbal Remedy alongside DJ Jeckal & resident beatmaker & labrat Terrorist. S.O.S came together from the differing worlds of drum and bass, grime and hip hop to create a sound and style that is fresh, different, and most importantly 100% homegrown. Set to make some noise with their first release, a mixtape entitled, ‘All Eyes on the South’. S.O.S. are definitely a crew to watch.
