Mackdaddy’s Hair Salon, Bristol
I love independent shops, be it selling clothes, vinyl or even a hairdressers. Mackdaddy’s is the latter, and it’s dope. It’s got fresh decor and fucking cool staff who really know how to cut hair.
I said the last bit (about the staff) mainly because my good pal Bradley Cowan works there. This guy has serious talent. He’s been cutting my hair for years and although he’s sometimes given me a random snip (literally), he has given me some of the best haircuts ever. After working his way up to Salon Manager at Lawrence Anthony in Oxford, Brad opted for a change of scenery and moved to Bristol.
Almost immediately he set up shop at Mackdaddy’s where you’ll still find him snipping away in between huge cups of Gingerbread Latte’s (!) from Starbucks.

Isn’t this supposed to be a music blog? This is exactly what I don’t want to read.
It’s actually just the Blunted Blog. The majority of the posts are music based. So you’d be forgiven for thinking that it was ONLY music. However, there are other subjects that I like to post about. If you don’t want to read, don’t read it.
