Overcast is the production alias for Birmingham-based duo Ben Salter and David May. Formed in 2006, the project is a creative outlet for their work in the House, Techno and Breakbeat genres. Both have been heavily involved with dance music via production, performance and event promotion for well over a decade, and are now in a position to showcase their rolling, progressive style. Although Overcast was formed in 2006, things have really started moving as the pair have now built a joint studio in Birmingham, and have a number of releases lined up with US-based labels Polytechnic Recordings and Nightrain Music.
