Blunted User Tracks - October ‘08
This is a nice little feature I thought I’d try the other day. Each month we’ll round up a selection of tracks from our website readership and forum users and post them right here, on the main site. We’ve always tried to support those most close through our Oxford and Brighton-based club nights, our LMFLH releases and with the website. Hopefully this feature will give added exposure for the artists, help build our community and generally just be a sweet thing to do! I’m looking forward to the next few months already…
Currently submissions are reserved for our community, registered forum users and personal invites. The idea being that each party involved is adding something to the equation.
So, now you sorta know what this is about, lets get onto the month in question, October. As you’d expect we’ve had 1000’s of submissions! Well, that’s a bare-faced lie, we’ve had two and a few people threatened to submit something. What is it about free publicity that people find so hard to get? Haha.

I like the smooth jazzed out feel of the first track, and the fact that you are not losing any sleep over these chicas jajaja
Asher, if you have to spend your energy paying mind to fools I’m glad that it manifests as a cool song jajaja

Yes people… in all probability… what i am about to write is of no importance to anyone but myself. However i feel the need to say it. First off i didnt realise when meef asked me to write something about the track that it was going to be posted up on Blunted. So i feel i need to explain how the track came about. I sent Meef my random vocals and the dope, dark, dubOliciuos riddim and production is ALL the work of the mighty meef…Trust me..if you heard the vocal wavs i sent him in its original form, you would understand just how mighty a job the bredren has done… Just wanna make sure folk receive their due….

This tune is wicked+brutal-i like it!
…imagine all the depressed drinkers could stop their self-destruction and do something more positive.Might that change the “selfish,foolish breed”?I say yes!
